Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping through Speedy and Ekont takes between 1 and 5 business days within Bulgaria. We do not offer express shipping at this time.
Yes, standard shipping is free for all orders above €150. For orders under €150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, open or unsealed perfume boxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is proven to be faulty. Returns must be processed in person at our physical store.
Perfume Care & Usage
To preserve the longevity and composition of your fragrance, store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperature fluctuations (avoid bathroom shelves).
