Shipping is provided through Speedy and Ekont. Standard delivery ranges from 1 to 5 business days. Please note that we do not offer express delivery at this time.
Returns are only processed in our physical store. We do not accept returns by mail.
Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the protective seal intact. Open boxes cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
